LLWYNON - Self catering holiday cottage in Mid-Wales
Welcome to the Llwynon website.
Llwynon is a comfortable, self-catering, holiday cottage
accomodation that makes an ideal base for your stay in Ceredigion, mid-Wales. Pets and dogs are welcome. Llwynon has
3-bedrooms and sleeps 5. It is situated on our beef and sheep farm in the village of Goginan which is in the beautiful
Melindwr valley 7 miles inland from Aberystwyth.
The inside consists of:- Sitting room
- furnished with light elm Ercol furniture, consisting of a three-seater studio couch, two armchairs and footstool. TV with
digi box, and DVD/video player. Dining
room - Ercol table seats 6, Ercol sideboard. Bathroom - bath with overhead electric shower, hand
basin and WC. Kitchen - modern electric cooker,
washing machine, fridge with small freezer section, microwave, bread maker and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Llwynon has double glazing and an oil-fired combi-boiler
that supplies instant hot water and runs the full central heating.

Bedroom 1 - Double bed with built-in
wardrobe

wardrobe, dressing table and chairs
Bedroom 3 - Single bed with matching
bedroom furniture and desk.
All duvets and pillows are supplied but visitors are requested to bring
their own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.
All power and heating costs are included in the price.
Pets Welcome We are dog friendly here at Llwynon and well-behaved
dogs and pets are welcome but only by prior arrangement please.
